(Hi Andrew, my apologies there was a hiccup with the part delivery, unfortunately our supplier didn't let us know until we opened and by then it was too late to let you know - I'm pleased you were happy that we did manage to still get the job done to our usual standards on the same day though - Russ)

I had my car booked in for new Shock Absorbers at 8:30am this Monday. On arrival I was politely advised that the parts hadn’t arrived but they should arrive sometime that day. As there wasn’t a courtesy car available, I had to drive back home and wait for another appointment later in the day which happened without a hitch. It would have been great if I was contacted to let me know that the appointment had to be delayed before I made a wasted journey during peak travel times. Apart from that service was fantastic as usual.
