Customer video service at Revolution Porsche

Porsche owners can now take a close up look at what Revolution Porsche technicians find during services and inspections, thanks to our new personalised customer video service.

It works in a very straightforward way. If we find a problem with your Porsche that needs work immediately or identify that, for example, the brake pads will need changing in the next few months, we’ll create a video showing the issue and send you a link to it via email or text message.

You can then review the video in a couple of minutes and see exactly what the problems are, without having to take time out of your day to come into our Brighouse workshop to take a look.

After watching the video, you can click the ‘request a callback’ button and we’ll ring you to discuss the options for fixing the issue, how much it will cost and whether you want us to undertake the work.

Many main dealers offer this type of video feedback, but very few independent Porsche specialists are able to. We decided to invest in the system as it will help us to provide an even greater level of transparency for our valued customers.

We’ve always been proud of being upfront with everyone who brings their Porsche into our workshop and happy to talk through any repairs that are needed. The video service just makes the communication more convenient and clearer for you, as you can see for yourself what needs doing without having to leave your desk to come in and look at the car on the ramp.

You won’t need to request a video when you book a Porsche service or inspection during standard opening hours at Revolution Porsche, as we’ll automatically send you one if we recommend any immediate or advisory work.
