For sale is my 1990 911 (964) C4 Coupe manual. It is finished in guards red (L80k) with black leather interior, and all the usual spec, sunroof, power steering, ABS, plus the more desirable big bolster ‘Sport’ seats. It is HPI clear and still has the manufacturer sticker under the bonnet which matches the service book.

The car drives really nicely, the engine pulls well and has excellent oil pressure. The body is good, with no rust.  The interior is good, the driver’s side bolster/piping has some wear but in keeping with a car of this age. All the electrics and heating work as they should. It is always garaged and kept on an Accumate battery conditioner, with a new Bosch battery fitted earlier this year.

The car was originally sold by Isaac Agnew in Ireland, and has a comprehensive history with all OPC or specialist servicing - a total of 24 stamps/invoices.  It comes with its original document wallet (with all manuals etc) and a history file with a stack of invoices and some MoT’s. It also has a Porsche certificate of authenticity.

I have owned the car since 2012, and when I bought it put it immediately into Revolution Porsche who attended to any issues, including a 12k service with tappets. Since then it has been maintained by D&G Porsche Newcastle and most recently by Newcastle OPC who have used Porsche Classic oil. The car has just been into the body shop for to correct a few blemishes and I have replaced the clear headlight lenses with a new pair of correct Porsche items (see last pic).

Recent work includes:

-    Replacement OEM front top mounts
-    4 wheel alignment
-    Rebuilt front callipers painted in Guards red
-    EBC front discs and pads.
-    Rear fan belts
-    Genuine Porsche mats
-    Bosch Battery
-    New rear oil line

The car has a few sensible modifications, these are:

-       Genuine 964 Cup 1 alloys with Pirelli tyres.
-       Genuine Porsche club sport leather steering wheel.
-       Upgraded speakers, pioneer rears and infinity component fronts
-       High spec 137bti Alpine head unit with Bluetooth and USB in the glovebox
-       G-Pipe exhaust bypass
-       Eibach lowering springs
-       RS front bumper vents by Kultwerk
-       Rear wiper delete using jmg wiper delete kit
-       Headlight washer delete

Sadly, despite a run to Le Mans in 2014, it has seen very little use (less than 300 miles this year) so I am putting it up for sale. These are appreciating classics and I have priced it very fairly and at the time of writing I think it’s the cheapest manual coupe available. The car will be sold with 12 months MOT and it’s only covered a few hundred miles since its last service.
