Called them following a dashboard message to "drive to workshop" and a rough running 911 engine. Quick discussion on the call set my mind at ease that it was likely to be a coilpack failure.
Fitted me into their busy schedule later in the week. Replaced all 6 coilpacks due to degradation, but called me first when they found more than one was past its best.
Good service, happy with the price, and even got a list of things that may need looking at soon on my car in the invoice.
