The ABS and PSM lights have both come on in my Porsche. What does it mean?

Seeing both of these failure lights come on is bound to make you fear an expensive repair, but plenty of Porsche owners have experienced this before and escaped without a big bill.

Among the possible reasons are a failed brake light switch, problems with an ABS, speed or MAF sensor, or issues with a wiring loom (particularly in a 996). However, there is a possibility it has been caused by a more costly issue, such as ABS pump failure.

Don’t take any chances with brakes. Book your car in for an inspection at a Porsche specialist as soon as possible and find out what the issue is.
